Why the timing is not fixed
No single interval suits every roof. A slope that bakes in full afternoon sun dries out faster than one shaded by trees, and a house near the bay in Apollo Beach weathers differently from one inland toward Lithia. So rather than promise a date, we let the condition of the shingles at each visit set the timing. Some visits end with nothing more than a clean bill; others show the oils have run down and the shingles are ready for their next pass.

Plan questions
Do I have to sign up to a plan?
No. Some owners simply call when they feel the roof is due. A plan just means we keep track of it for you.
Will a plan satisfy my insurer?
We cannot speak for any insurer. A plan keeps the roof looked after and gives you a record of what was done; any decision about cover is theirs to make.
