For boards and property managers
Commercial & HOA Roof Rejuvenation in Riverview
When a reserve study or an insurance renewal puts a row of aging shingle roofs on the agenda, replacing every one at once is a hard number to bring to a board. Treating the roofs that are still sound can spread that spending out over years.

Many roofs, one plan
Riverview has grown quickly, and many of its townhome rows, condo blocks and community buildings went up with asphalt shingle roofs that are now reaching the age insurers start asking about. Not every one of those roofs is finished. We assess each building on its own, separate the candidates from the ones that need a roofer, and set out a treatment program the board or owner can plan around. The work on each roof is the same shingle rejuvenation we carry out on houses.
Built around the people inside
Phased by building
Roofs are treated in an order that suits the property, not all in one go.
Notice for residents
Dates are agreed ahead so managers can tell residents or tenants when the crew will be on site.
Cars and walkways protected
Parking, paths and planting beside each building are covered while work is under way.
One clear picture
Each roof gets its own yes or no, so the board can see which buildings qualify and why.
How it works
How a program comes together
Walk the property
Every shingle roof on site is assessed for flexibility, granule loss, age and damage.
Sort the roofs
Candidates, roofs that need small fixes first and roofs that need a roofer are listed separately.
Agree the timetable
Order, dates and access are settled with the manager or board before work starts.
Treat in phases
Each building is treated on a dry day, typically a few hours of work, and the area is left tidy.
Buildings we take on
The treatment is for asphalt shingle roofs, whatever the building underneath. Tile-roofed buildings on the same property can be cleaned and sealed as a separate job.
